Crystal Palace picked up a fascinating 3-2 win over Aston Villa in the five-goal thriller which took place on Sunday at Selhurst Park. Goals from Benteke (32'), Wilfred Zaha (75') and Tyrick Mitchell (84') saw the Eagles outscore Aston Villa whose goals came from John McGinn (17') and Anwar El-Ghazi (34'). The win leaves Crystal Palace with a form that reads: LLWLW in the Premier League while at 13th place after playing 36 matches.

The Eagles have scored 40 goals over the course of the season but conceded 21 more - hence, they have a goal difference of -21. Palace have 44 points after 12W, 8D & 16L. Scoring an average goal ratio of 1.11 goals per game, Roy Hodgson will hope his side can score at least a goal and keep the opposition away from their end of the field. A conventional 4—4—2 formation with a Christian Benteke and Wilfred Zaha partnership up-front is expected when Palace take on Arsenal this Wednesday.
