Formula 1 makes its return this weekend after the break and on Sunday, the 20th of June 2021, the French Grand Prix will kick off at the Circuit Paul Ricard, Le Castellet, France by 13:00 (GMT+1).

Sergio Perez will be looking to put in another grand performance at the French Grand Prix after the win at Baku – his first for the Red Bull team. Meanwhile, Mercedes failed to pick up any point for the first time since the 2018 Austrian Grand Prix at the end of Azerbaijan Grand Prix. The team will be looking to put in a strong performance on Sunday which will be the 7th race of the season.

Lewis Hamilton (Mercedes) has picked up three victories while Max Verstappen (Red Bull) has won twice. Max Verstappen continues to lead the drivers' championship with 105 points as he stays four points ahead of Mercedes' rival, Lewis Hamilton in 2nd place. Both will be looking to avoid further disappointments in their race to win this season's F1 Championship.

Meanwhile, the inclusion of 007 stunt driver and W Series racer, Jessica Hawkins to Aston Martin's team has already began yielding results. Sebastian Vettel (Aston Martin) picked his first podium finish of the season at Baku. He will be looking to finish inside the top-five at the end of this race.
